GREGORY PATTON BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Patton began his career defending large corporations and insurance companies against claims of negligence, defective products and malpractice. After two years as a defense attorney, he switched sides and has exclusively represented victims of negligence, personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, defective products, and other acts of negligence. Jury trials are Mr. Patton's strength. Throughout his career, Mr. Patton has taken dozens of cases to trial against hospitals, insurance companies, large corporations, and other entities, resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts for his clients. His experience and expertise have resulted in large verdicts in a wide range of catastrophic injury matters, including birth injuries, brain injuries, medical malpractice, wrongful death, train wrecks, amusement park ride injuries, failure to diagnose cancer, negligent security cases, premises liability, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, invasion of privacy, breach of contract and many others. In 2003, Mr. Patton won the largest medical malpractice verdict for a brain injured adult in Orange County, California (over $17 million) and settled one of the largest birth injury cases in Arizona ($8 million.) Because he is known for his unwavering resolve to take cases to trial, many times defendants will opt to pay substantial money to settle the case before trial. Mr. Patton obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego in 1984. He obtained his law degree from Arizona State University, College of Law in 1986. ROBERT MOSIER BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Mosier began his career representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. After a few years representing personal injury victims, Mr. Mosier accepted a position at one of California's premier medical malpractice defense firms. There, Mr. Mosier spent four years defending physicians, hospitals and nursing homes in medical malpractice and elder abuse cases. Mr. Mosier represented physicians from many of the nation's premier medical institutions. During this time, Mr. Mosier was invited to lecture hospital staffs and medical groups regarding medical/legal issues affecting doctors, hospitals and patient care. Mr. Mosier also published articles on these subjects as well. In 2000, Mr. Mosier left defense practice to use his medical and legal expertise to represent victims of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and catastrophic personal injury. Mr. Mosier's caseload involves birth injuries, brain injuries, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters. He has tried numerous cases, including those involving medical malpractice, personal injury, burn injury, breach of contract and eminent domain. Mr. Mosier has also done appeals, and has three published opinions in California in favor of his clients. Mr. Mosier is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California. HOLLY MCGREGOR BIOGRAPHY
Ms. McGregor began her career at a small litigation firm representing a wide variety of clients, with matters ranging from wrongful death, personal injury and eminent domain, to breach of contract, real estate and business disputes. Ms. McGregor next accepted a position at one of California’s premier medical malpractice defense firms. While there, she represented physicians and chiropractors in a variety of medical malpractice and health care matters. In 1998, Ms. McGregor left defense practice and opened her own firm. Since then, she has had a very successful litigation and trial practice. She has tried cases involving police brutality, personal injury, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and even a bar room brawl. Ms. McGregor has also maintained a very successful appellate practice, having three published opinions, all in her clients’ favor. One of these opinions changed the law in California by finding a statute allowing a police officer to sue a citizen for defamation when the citizen filed a complaint of misconduct against the officer unconstitutional. Ms. McGregor has become widely known for her work in mortuary negligence, where she obtained one of the largest single family settlements for a desecration of remains case. She also has numerous legal articles published in a variety of legal journals. Ms. McGregor is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California.
